All Coffee Crafters Academy Graduates:

1. Are ServSafe Food Handler Certified

2. Have at least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience

     working in a Coffee Crafters Cafe

3. Are knowledgeable in the following areas: 

          - Customer Service
          - History of Coffee and the Coffee Industry

          - Growing, Harvesting, and Processing Coffee

          - Roasting and Grinding Coffee

          - Pulling Espresso and Steaming Milk

          - Making Blended Drinks
